Abstract
The aberrant microRNA( miRNA) regulation of target genes may be involved in molecular mechanisms of cancer drug resistance, which facilitate and supplement research of molecular genet-ics. Researches show that miRNA play an important role in network modulation of drug resistance,and multiple gene-regulation roles make their high efficacy,miRNA may promise to be important biomarkers of drug resist-ance and therapeutic targets for cancer.
