Abstract
<p indent="0mm">Recent studies have found that tiny-sized bubbles generated in the liquid phase and at the solid-liquid interface not only have extraordinary high stability, but also have unique physicochemical properties. The application prospects of micro/nano bubbles in the fields of biomedicine, environmental pollution control, and functional material preparation have been gradually revealed. In this paper, the definition, classification and basic properties of micro/nano bubbles were introduced, and the research progress and understanding of our group in the control generation, stability mechanism and application of bulk micro/nano bubbles were briefly described. The template effect of micro/nano bubbles in the preparation of functional porous materials was introduced emphatically, and an outlook on their future development was provided.
