Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of pedagogical formation of young teachers. The improvement of the process of professional formation of a young teacher requires not only new effective ways of organizing the educational process of higher pedagogical educational institutions, but also revision of the structure and content of vocational education, professional adaptation of a young teacher. Also, taking into account the need of the professional identity of the person and profession, competence and creativity, the young teachers need pedagogical skills, among which the gnostic skills occupy are very important an place. The purpose of the article is to highlight the gnostic aspect of developing of skills in vocational and pedagogical training of young teachers in advanced training courses for air defense systems by means of distance learning. To achieve the set goal theoretical method has been used − the analysis of scientific literature, synthesis, generalisation, comparison, systematization, classification, theoretical and structural modeling for the definition of the conceptual apparatus, the substantiation of the basic positions of the problem under study and the structural modeling of the formation of the gnostic skills of distance learning means.The conditions of formation of pedagogical skills of a young teacher, namely, his gnostic skills in the process of professional development, are considered. The possibilities and prospects for the implementation of a managed distance step for improving the educational process of young teachers at advanced training courses in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are determined
