Abstract

Le transport magnetique et la spectroscopie laser dans l'infrarouge lointain sont combines pour souder la nature de la bande d'impurete au voisinage de la transition metal-isolant induite par le champ magnetique. Les resultats spectroscopiques obtenus dans InSb de type-n mettent en evidence le persistence de la resonance cyclotron de l'impurete (000)→(110), a travers le champ critique de la transition metal-isolant qui est determine par la mesure du transport
