Abstract
目的 探讨中西医结合治疗对急性脓胸的临床疗效.方法 把75例病例随机分成两组,其中治疗组42例,用中西医结合的方法,选用有效的抗生素,控制感染,彻底排脓,对症支持等治疗,并加用中药汤剂煎服;对照组3 3例,选用有效的抗生素,控制感染,彻底排脓,对症戈持等治疗.并用两组的治疗结果进行对比.结果 治疗组有效率为100%;对照组有效率为93.94%;经统计学处理,x2=2.62,P＞0.05,无统计学意义.治疗组治愈率95.24%,对照组治愈率为45.45%,经统计学处理,x2=6.25,P＜0.05,两组治愈率有显著性差异.与对照组相比,虽然两组有效率无显著差别;但治疗组退热快、病情恢复快、治愈率高.结论 中西医结合治疗急性脓胸治愈率高值得在临床中推广。
