Abstract

In article the author considers acmeological approach as a methodological basis of the professional pedagogical self-development. We study the possibility of designing individual educational route of a teacher to achieve a professional Acme. The author defines the directions of scientific researches in the field of ontological engineering, presents different approaches to the study of the essence of acmeology as a science in the context of the mechanism of professional selfdevelopment teacher. Research interest is manifested in the consideration of an individual educational route and specifics of its design to achieve the highest personal and professional Acme of the teacher. The article identifies the structural components of the mechanism of creative self-development of the teacher. The author defines aspects of the new labor reality of a teacher, which are reflected in the Professional standard, as in the studies of scientists, Herzen state pedagogical University. The mechanism of creative self-development of the teacher is built on the basis of five groups of professional tasks of the modern teacher. Possibilities of modular storage systems qualification of teachers, the role of Tutors in helping teachers in building an individual educational program and its implementation. Discusses the principles of designing the individual educational program of the teacher on the basis acmeological approach. In the article the author represents the system of implementation of individual educational path for professional development of pedagogical staff with the use of storage system, developed by scientists of Herzen state pedagogical University. The article has theoretical and practical significance in the design of professional pedagogical improvement of the teacher.
