Abstract

To explore access provision at a sample of services in four town/city centres in Britain to provide a ‘snapshot’ of current levels of physical access for disabled people to services and to establish a baseline of data on access prior to the implementation of the October 2004 Part III Disability Discrimination Act duties on service providers.
