A knowledge management perspective Stacey Alan Teruya EdD, Stacey Alan Teruya EdD Stacey Alan Teruya received his EdD from Pepperdine University in 2003, his master's in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University, and his BA in Art History from UCLA. He has spent the last 20 years in prominent technical and managerial roles in the Southern California aerospace industry. This has allowed him to examine and evaluate technology's strengths and shortcomings in large and complex organizations, and how they may benefit from implementing KM. He continues to write for journals and other scholarly publications and is currently at work on a book tentatively titled Knowledge Management: Structures, Policies, Practices and People.
