Abstract
Chronic endometritis(CE) is associated with recurrent implantation failure and recurrent miscarriage. Immunostaining of CD138 in the endometrium is the most frequently used for diagnostic method for CE. The application of intrauterine flora test using 16S rRNA gene is increasing, recently. We have proposed the significance of intrauterine pH measurement by grasping the intrauterine environment in real time and performing a easy test method (ESHRE2020). In this study, we investigated the relationship between intrauterine pH and the results of CD138 immunostaining and/or the intrauterine flora test.
