Lifestyle is a consequence of the accumulation of historical experiences of a people, a nation or a community in the guise of customs, tradition and religion, and this can be studied in the form of scientific analysis of documents, experiences, customs and social traditions of different historical periods. While new research has made clear evidence of the various dimensions of the documents in the last two centuries, less has been addressed in the process of changing written documents over a long period of time. In the present study, an attempt has been made to process historical documents and evidences in the marriage contracts of the Qajar era, which have a condition in the contract as legal documents, to present a different image of a purposeful action using the law, which is closer to historical facts. At the same time, the relationship between the structural contexts and the type of wants and needs of women in this period has been deciphered in their individual and social lives
