Abstract

We show that the MP (Maximum Power) measurement and MP constraint tests are equivalent to the GLR (Generalized Likekihood Ratio) test for simple steady state models, and that the GLR test gives the MP measurement tests and MP constraint tests for original constraints even when the variables are not directly measured or when some variables are not measured.
