Abstract

The related mathematical models of the thermal processes, thermoelastic stress-strain state, temperature, and technological errors of a wave solid-state sensor of inertial information are constructed and investigated. On the basis of the constructed finite-element models, the thermoelastic stress-strain state of the sensor is analyzed. Qualitative and quantitative assessments of the temperature and technological errors of the sensor are obtained as functions of its parameters and operating disturbances. Recommendations to ensure the effective functioning of the sensor are elaborated.
