Abstract
Klinisch und in der Bildgebung bereitet die Differenzialdiagnose Mastits/(inflammatorisches) Mammakarzinom (MaCa) erhebliche Schwierigkeiten. Bei 25 Patientinnen der UFK Tübingen, bei denen die Differenzialdiagnose Mastitis/MaCa bestand, wurde ein retrospektiver Vergleich der Histologie mit den Befunden der bildgebenden Verfahren durchgeführt. Die Wertigkeit der komplementären Mammadiagnostik und der interventionellen Diagnostik für dieses schwierige Kollektiv wurde geprüft.
