Abstract

The aim of this article is to reveal the "theopolitical rhetoric of religious socialism" as the interpretive key to Martin Buber's contribution to the study of communication. This aspect of Buber's work has gone unexplored in the Speech Communication discipline. Part one of this article explores the "Theopolitical" nature of Buber's rhetoric. Part two investigates the "religious socialism" aspect gf Buber's theopolitical rhetoric. And finally, the significance of this conceptual notion, "theopolitical rhetoric of religious socialism," for understanding basic dialogic communication concepts discussed in our field is examined.
