Abstract

The number of women cancer survivors is escalating internationally. Common symptoms affect survivors across tumour streams. This presentation will describe a multidisciplinary model of care for menopausal symptoms after cancer which manages vasomotor symptoms using non-hormonal therapies, vulvovaginal symptoms including genital graft vs host disease, bone and cardiovascular health and sexual dysfunction. The presentation will include an evidence-based clinical approach to evaluating and treating menopausal symptoms in cancer patients and links to resources that can be used internationally.
