Abstract

During the past decade management training has emerged as a major specialism in its own right; no longer is it seen as the poor and somewhat effete relation of its lusty elder brothers in sales and technical training. And for management training specialists the best is yet to come; for it is likely that the demand for sales and technical trainers will suffer a sharp decline as we enter the closing years of the present century.
