Abstract

This conference presentation discusses male circumcision and its value in HIV prevention. It examines the thought process of those men who have been circumcised advocates for women’s rights and declares that the promotion of safer sex needs more sufficient funding. It also includes suggestions to monitoring male circumcision programmes and insists on men involving their partners when seeking circumcision.
