Abstract

目的 建立外伤性玻璃体积血动物模型并观察其自然转归.方法应用fluid percussion injury(FPI)仪器对兔眼致伤,并行裂隙灯显微镜、检眼镜、A/B超声及病理学检查.结果 实验组24眼伤后1 d玻璃体腔均出现积血;伤后3~7 d玻璃体积血开始吸收;伤后60 d玻璃体积血完全吸收.病理学变化:伤后1 d玻璃体腔弥漫红细胞,视网膜充血水肿,视网膜内亦可见弥漫性红细胞,伤后3~7 d玻璃体腔红细胞开始减少,视网膜红细胞亦减少,充血水肿减轻;伤后60 d玻璃体腔红细胞消失,视网膜水肿消失.结论 应用FPI成功建立外伤性玻璃体积血动物模型;眼挫伤所致玻璃体积血可自行吸收。
