Abstract

AbstractThe Hall effect ϱH and the magnetoresistance Δϱ/ϱ of ferromagnetic amorphous ribbons of (Fe100−xMnx)75P15C10 are measured for 0 ≦ x ≦ 30, 77 K < T < 300 K, 0 < B0 < 0.4 T, and 0 < p < 2 × 108 Pa. Both transport properties are determined by the number and distribution of spin scattering centers, some of which can be reoriented in external magnetic fields.
