Abstract

In continuation of the investigations of the electrical and thermal conductivity as well as the magneto resistance in the binary system titanium-oxygen for TiOx with metallic conductivity for x < 1.49 the corresponding properties for the semiconductive compounds with 1.49 < x < 2 are measured at low temperatures and magnetic inductions up to 15 T, especially the corundum phase Ti2O3, the Magneli phase Ti4O7 and the reduced rutil phase TiO2−ϵ in dependence on oxygen content and temperature. In Fortsetzung der Untersuchungen der elektrischen und thermischen Leitfahigkeit sowie des Magnetowiderstandes im Zweistoffsystem Titan-Sauerstoff fur metallisch leitende Verbindungen TiOx mit x < 1,49 werden nunmehr die entsprechenden Eigenschaften fur die halbleitenden Verbindungen mit 1,49 < x < 2 bei tieferen Temperaturen und magnetischen Induktionen bis zu 15 T gemessen, insbesondere hierbei die Korundphase Ti2O3, die Magneliphase Ti4O7 und die reduzierte Rutilphase TiO2−ϵ in Abhangigkeit von der Sauerstoffkonzentration und der Temperatur.
