Abstract

This paper describes the calculation of the magnetic shielding effectiveness in current comparators, considering the air gap which is inevitable for the magnetic shielding. The method was verified to be accurate and effective by finite-element method analysis. Experiments were implemented to investigate the effect of the air gap as well.
