Abstract
A 47-year-old woman, who was taking methotrexate for psoriasis, underwent routine liver function tests (LFTs) as part of her dermatology follow-up. It was noted that she had deranged LFTs, with an alanine transaminase of 124 and aspartate transaminase of 68, but normal inflammatory markers.
