Abstract

This paper considers the problem of stability for time-delay neural networks with small-world shortcuts. Most of the previous studies can't derived absolute stability criteria of systems with time-varying delay. But, in this paper, absolute stability criteria of systems with time-invariant delay and absolute stability criteria of systems with time-varying delay are derived by handled uncertain part of systems and constructing a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional(LKF). Several example show effectiveness of proposed method comparing with the previous.
