Abstract
The direct (first) Lyapunov method is an efficient method for the analysis and synthesis of dynamic control systems. Constructing the Lyapunov function holds a central position in this method and is a challenge for nonlinear dynamic systems. In the paper, the Lyapunov function is constructed as a solution of the Hamilton---Jacoby equation, which is reduced to a Fredholm-type equation.
