Abstract
Abstract Modified (Pb, Ca)TiO3 piezoelectric ceramic, with very low mechanical quality factor, has been developed by a special poling procedure. The ceramic shows very low Qm = 18 and especially large anisotropy in electromechanical coupling factors between thickness mode (Kt = 0.51) and planar mode (Kp$$$0).
