Abstract
Road simulation test is one of the effective methods to verify the fatigue durability of new energy vehicles. Based on polarity and domain value analysis to ensure reliability of the test data, this paper focused on ground acquisition of load spectrum provided by a new energy bus. The paper used correlation analysis, tested speed contrast, extremum and conducted damage analysis of screening target data by removing acceleration, compressing four pillar acceleration and time domain performance of target data. Input data was obtained, the bench input data PSD (Power Spectrum Density) and rain load flow were compared and analyzed. The results show that the data is consistent before and after the input signal acceleration. It can be used in laboratory road simulation test target load spectrum. It lays the technical foundation and data support for laboratory road simulation test and vehicle fatigue endurance simulation.
