Abstract
Liquidity risk management is an important aspect in an organisation. It is important for an organisation to manage liquidity risk efficiently. Hence, this study attempted to investigate the influence of the company factors and macroeconomic factors affecting liquidity risk of the Russia crude oil company. This study conducted the analysis about the company (Rosneft) located at Russia from the year 2012 until 2016. The analysis shows that company specific factors such as average collection period and corporate governance index score and macroeconomic factors such as company beta that influence the liquidity risk. This study suggest that the firm should manage their account receivable efficiently by establishing clear credit policy and incorporate more corporate governance elements which four pillars.
