Abstract
The lifetime and hyperfine structure constants A and B of the 6 2D 3 2 state in 41K have been measured by the quantum beat method. The obtained values are: τ = 895(26) ns, | A| = 0.14(2) MHz, | B| = 0.05(2) MHz and B/ A > 0.
