Abstract

Electrolysis of salt solutions produces mortality of a plant-parasitic nematodeMeloidogyne incognita. The mortality depends on the nature and amount of the, products of electrochemical reactions and is enhanced in presence of Cu-electrodes. Application of magnetic fields on electric fields alters nematode mortality in ferro-magnetic electrolytes.
