Abstract
Charles Watson is a specialist in mathematics for the Arkansas Department of Education in Little Rock, AR 72201. He is serving as vicepresident of the Association of State Supervisors of Mathematics. Judy Trowell is a mathematics specialist (K-12) with the Little Rock School District, Little Rock, AR 72204. She is past president of the Arkansas Council of Teachers of Mathematics and currently serves on the Instructional Issues Advisory Committee ofNCTM.
