Abstract

<h2>Abstract</h2> The seventh cured case of cystic leiomyosarcoma is presented, and 6 similar cases from the literature are reviewed. The conclusion is that in patients with a solitary lesion of the bladder wall, less than 5 cm. in diameter which did not break through the muscle layer and produced no distant metastasis, segmental resection (with a 1-inch healthy margin) may be curative.
