Abstract

Islamic religious education takes on greater significance. However, it was not subject of evaluative studies so far. Teachers or students who want to become religion teachers have barely been considered in former German studies. In this article, the authors show the results of the qualitative research, which consists of 34 in-depth interviews with Muslim religion teachers and trainee teacherswith regard to their political convictions.
