Abstract

The issue of the institution of possessory protection has received numerous opinions both inlegal science and in jurisprudence. Despite this, further issues related to this protection continueto arise. This article attempts to adapt it to the level of co-possession relating to commonproperty, which is regulated in the Act of June 24, 1994 on the Ownership of Premises. In thecase of a positive action in this regard, attempts were made to use this institution as anothertool for solving inter-neighbor conflicts occurring in housing communities.
