Abstract

The issues of “electronic parliament” in the modern world are considered. The legal and technical experience in the formation and development of the concept of “electronic parliament” in a number of states, including Russia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, is outlined. Relevant recommendations and proposals were given to improve the “electronic parliament” in Kyrgyzstan.
