Abstract

In the modern logistics process, the warehouse is responsible for storage, processing, and order management. Therefore, the number of functional areas inside the warehouse increases. Using the systematic layout planning (SLP) cannot obtain the optimal layout plan. The combination of genetic algorithm and SLP has become a commonly used method to obtain a layout plan. Genetic algorithm has local optimization, making the obtained layout not the optimum solution. Aiming at this problem, a fusion scheme of ant colony genetic algorithm is proposed. The experimental results show that the layout plan obtained by the method proposed in this paper has a higher comprehensive relationship.
