Abstract
In this paper, the results of structural investigations of grown-on-substrate and free-standing filament-like silicon crystals are presented. The lattice parameter of free-standing crystals decreases with a decrease of their diameter, while the dilatation of lattice of grown-on-substrate whiskers is observed.
