Abstract
目的 总结激光治疗痔病的临床疗效.方法 门诊行激光手术治疗痔病1300例.用组织钳将要切除的痔块提起,在其根部使用功率10～15W的半导体激光将痔块迅速切除,基底部采用10W激光进行汽化凝固2～3次.结果 术后当日疼痛即减轻,术后7d疼痛肿胀基本消失.1100例(84.6%)在术后15～30d内痊愈,184例(14.2%)在30～45d痊愈.6例并发严重水肿.发生尿潴留行导尿者9例.发生肛门狭窄2例,经手术治愈.结论 激光手术可迅速解除痔病患者痛苦,手术简便,出血少,并发症少,疗程较短,不需住院,是一种很好的治疗方法。
