Abstract
Time-of-flight experiments were carried out on the aromatic organic material tetrabenzofulvalene. It was shown that the response is a large signal. The transit times were resolved and the dependence of the drift velocity on the electric field was studied. The mechanism of low field drift velocity saturation in aromatic organic solids is reconsidered.
