Abstract
A Lagrangian method for the numerical simulation of the Kraichnan passive scalar model is discussed. Two different applications are presented. First, the dependence of scalar anomalies on the roughness of the advecting velocity field is considered. Second, the anomalous behavior of high order structure functions is investigated.
