Abstract
The Muslim Jurisprudence gives urgent attention to the relation between the statement and the meaning. In this sense, Muslim jurists have paid attention to the clarification in the statement and the meaning they used. The statement they used was in convenience with the case and was very obvious. Since the language which is mysterious and far from the dynamic life is not much functional on solving the human vital problems, It is not a proper language with that of the Muslim Jurisprudence. In this article in the context of the statement and the meaning, the main features of the language of the jurisprudence is handled up, which is located on the opposite of the narrative language based on fiction, and which wishes to be comprehendible.
