Abstract

AbstractEggs of westslope cutthroat trout Oncorhynchus clarki lewisi were subjected to iodophor (active iodine) concentrations of 0, 25, 50, 75, 100, or 125 mg/L for 30 min during water hardening. Embryo survival to the eyed egg stage was not significantly different among the treatments. Disinfection of westslope cutthroat trout eggs with iodophor during water hardening is recommended.
