Abstract

Based on the theory according to which subjectivity is gradually considered in terms of prop-erties such as affectivity, evaluation or objectivity (Kerbrat-Orecchioni, 2008), we propose as an ob-jective to demonstrate if certain adjective and nominal voices, markers of negative polarity in certain contexts and sectors, they are also in the tourism field. The analysis carried out (contextual and cotex-tual data) from a corpus of authentic documents online, will allow us to determine the contribution of these voices as subjective markers of polarity, positive or negative, in said sector, rethink their con-tribution to the analysis of stereotypes of thought (Palma, 2006) and redefine its function as a decisive persuasive resource, in certain cases, in the choice of a potential tourist destination.
