Abstract

The morality of Administrative Law is a proposal aimed to enable a rational administrative action towards the common good, as a reply to the recent critics about the expansion of the administrative state in the United States. Rather than dismantle the modern administrative state, Sunstein and Vermeule propose to use Fuller´s ideas about the “inner morality of the Law”, to build a system of general principles. This proposal connects with the general principles of Administrative Law, deeply recognized in the administrative procedure laws in America Latina, as well as in the good administration standards. Therefore, the morality of administrative law facilitates the comparative study between the modern Administrative Law in the United States and Latin America. &nbsp
