Abstract
The project management classes are mainly aimed at training translation project managers. In addition, future translators learn more about their place within a fully fledged project. This article provides a description of the many tasks facing project managers and of the various stages in software and website localization projects. The final part consists of a discussion of the various positions found in project teams.
