Abstract
The aim of this study is to contribute to the literature on pay and remuneration by providing an examination of pay and remuneration management studies in global education enterprises. Another name for pay and remuneration management in enterprises is business valuation. In this context, business valuation is a method of determining the value of the business with the help of business analysis. Thus, with the help of job analyzes determined in the form of job description, job requirement and job classification, the studies to be carried out can be determined according to the criteria of importance and evaluations of the work can be made on a methodical, technical and theoretical basis. The information obtained as a result of business analysis constitutes the axis of business valuation. In line with this, yet another global education establishments payment methods and pricing, i.e. if a different business valuation is the definition of global education establishments of the work done in that global education management is emerging as a function that generates the relative value of all jobs in between.
