This research aims to determine the qualitative content of the Instagram account @dwihandaanda as a momfluencer. Dwi Handayani is a momfluencer who has many followers and Dwi Handayani, through her Instagram account, represents the momfluncer lifestyle which covers various aspects of a mother's daily life. She shared moments together with his family, including his children, which depicted the warmth and happiness in the family. Instagram is a very popular social media and many people use it as a business medium, especially for influencers. The method used by researchers is a type of qualitative research approach that uses qualitative content analysis methods. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were data collection, data reduction, data presentation from the momfluencer @dwihandaanda Instagram account, and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses the data source triangulation method which utilizes different types of data sources to explore similar data. The results of qualitative content analysis research on the Instagram account @dwihandaanda as a momfluencer have five indicators, where these indicators have a big influence on the momfluencer itself. The results of this analysis will be interpreted carefully to understand the meaning behind the messages conveyed by the momfluencer, the values they hold, and the impact they have in shaping the views and behavior of their followers.

The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of the Leadership preparation of the Chair of the Study Program in the development of human resources (HR) based on Minangkabau culture, the characteristics of leadership implementation Chair of the Study Program in the development of human resources (HR) based on Minangkabau culture, and leadership control characteristics in the development of human resources (HR) based on Minangkabau culture. The type of research used is qualitative using ethnographic design. The source of research data is the chair of the study program, lecturers, educational staff and students. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study can be concluded that (1) preparation for the development of lecturer human resources, refers to the implementation of the quality of lecturerstheoretically and practically. The activity prepared for the development of humanresources education personnel is through training in the administration of workthrough the development of educational human resources, HR mentoring and HRCoaching. Preparation of activities in the development of student human resourcesis through intra-curricular and extracurricular programs, (2) the implementationof lecturer human resource development, carried out in the form of curriculumevaluation, implementation of the Higher Education Tridharma, collaboration withother institutions or agencies, and further study of the lecturer Doctoral Program.The implementation of the development of human resources in human resources is carried out through the development of general competencies, the development of functional competencies, and the development of managerial competencies ofeducation personnel. The implementation of activities in the development of student human resources is through intra-curricular and extracurricular programs, and (3) controlling the development of lecturer human resources, carried out through the lecturer workload (BKD. Control in the development of human resources education personnel is through review and control of the work of educational staff in managing the correspondence, filing, and making work reports of education personnel every day Control in the development of student human resources is through PBM monitoring documents provided by education personnel Other controls are required for students to make reports, after extracurricular activities have been completed.

This research aims to analyze how Puan Maharani's personal branding on the Instagram account @Puanmaharaniri approaches the 2024 presidential election. This research uses a qualitative approach using the qualitative content analysis method based on the constructivist paradigm. Data collection was carried out using observation and documentation techniques and using three stages in analyzing the data, namely: data collection/reduction, presentation, and verification/conclusion. The research results show that the strategy for creating Puan Maharani's personal branding on the @puanmaharaniri Instagram account ahead of the 2024 presidential election was built by creating interesting content through the Instagram account with the tools used in personal branding on the @puanmaharani Instagram account, namely first, text; second, short videos; and third, photos. The concept of creating personal branding built by Puan Maharani through her Instagram account includes eight personal branding concepts by Peter Montoya. Some of Puan Maharani's branding that dominates in the formation of personal branding on her Instagram account are concern for small communities (little people), gender equality, and leadership. The overall branding built by Puan has not been able to increase her electability due to inconsistency in one strong branding attached to Puan Maharani, so that she becomes a figure known for this branding.

Subak is one of the Balinese cultural heritages, which has been assigned as one of World Cultural Heritage sites by UNESCO. Participation and empowering for local community is very important to occur equalization welfare and suistainable tourism ongoing on Subak Lodtunduh development as a tourist attraction. This research is very important for analyzing the local community participation to tourist attraction development in Subak Lodtunduh focused on development position of Subak Lodtunduh and their local community participation in various aspects. In this research methods used is qualitative research method. Qualitative method is used to reveal the form of local community participation. Qualitative and quantitative data in this research derived from primary and secondary data. Those collected by observation and literature review technique. Primary data explored by indepth interview to several informants that determined by purpossive sampling, then data annalyzed qualitatively to be explained in descriptive method. The result of this research is the form of community participation is limited to external parties such as the opinion by Tosun (1999). There are no real forms of the draft plan or detailed spatial Lodtunduh Subak rice cultivation to be a tourist attraction. The government's role was limited to initiate the Subak Lodtunduh to be more productive in the tourism sector in line with the agricultural sector that has been cultivated local communities Lodtunduh Subak communities.

Lake Sole is a natural lake in East Seram Regency that has a unique nature and uniqueness in the color and taste of the water. This uniqueness makes more value on the lake when compared with the lakes in general. The uniqueness and naturalness that is owned, has not provided significant benefits to the local community and local PAD. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the potential of ecotourism attraction which is owned by Lake Sole, and the form of local community participation in supporting the development of ecotourism attraction product. The methods used in data collection are survey methods, interviews, and questionnaire distributions. The analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that Lake Sole has high conformity index value as ecotourism attraction product, but it needs involvement of stakeholders in supporting the development of tourism facilities and infrastructure that has been done by the community. Form of community participation that has been done to support tourism activities in Lake Sole in the form of selling food and beverages, owners of local transportation modes, homestays, and local guides.

This study aims to describe in detail and analyze in depth the process of determination, forms of community participation, and implementation of local excellence education in tsanawiyah madrasas in the city of Mataram. The research method used is qualitative descriptive type. Data collection uses participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis procedures rely on the narrative descriptive model ala Miles and Huberman in the form of data reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on data analysis, the results of the research can be described in the form of: (1) The process of determining local excellence into local excellence education is carried out through meetings, socialization, questionnaire distribution, and determination; (2) The form of limited community participation as teaching staff and trainers, does not involve relevant agencies, and traditional institutions in the community; and (3) Local excellence education is implemented through extracurricular activities in the form of rudat dance, and grouped into Art and Culture subjects in the form of music, especially sound art (Sasak regional songs). In addition to the results, this study also found that local excellence of rudat art does not have curriculum guidance, the process is direct to practice, and does not have assessment instruments. While local excellence through the subject of Arts and Culture uses the RPP tool downloaded from the internet, and does not make adjustments to the local excellence needs of the local area.

Oetune Beach is located in Tuafanu Village, South Central Timor Regency, Nusa Tenggara. Oetune Beach has a stretch of cream-colored sand like the Sahara desert as far as the eye can see, rolling waves and a Japanese fort. This research was conducted to determine the forms of community participation, the level of community participation and community empowerment in the development of the Oetune Beach tourist area using qualitative data, primary and secondary data sources while data collection was through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews and literature study. This study also used descriptive qualitative data analysis and the determination of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with 15 key informants. Based on the results of data processing from 15 indicators of community participation, it can be seen that the form of community participation shown by the people in the area is not optimal, because the form of community participation is only in organizing activities, the level of participation of the seven typologies of local community participation only fulfills the four participation typologies, namely consultation, material intensive, functional, and self-mobilization while the form of community empowerment through settlements is developing the potential of the Oetune Beach community by forming Pokdarwis, strengthening the potential of the Oetune Beach community, training in tourism area management, and community assistance by providing venture capital. Based on the results and analysis of the results of the study it can be concluded that the form of community participation in Oetune Beach is not optimal because the form of community participation is only in organizing activities, while the level of community participation is top down. Community empowerment includes structuring, strengthening and maintenance because community empowerment will be more independent involving the community from all aspects so that it can improve community welfare.

Human resource development both those working in the public sector (Civil Servants, SOE Employees, BUMD Employees) and sectors. Talking about organizational problems is inseparable from the element of human resources. The definition of human resources is people in an organization who participate and contribute according to their respective fields of duty. Human resource development will indeed not see results quickly, but in the long term, this investment will yield results that meet the expectations of the organization.In this sense, the term development will include the meaning of training and education, namely as a means of improving skills and general knowledge for human resources, in this case Civil Servants who work at the Fakfak Development Planning Agency. In the work unit at the Fakfak Development Planning Agency, it can be achieved well if there is a Civil Servant development program.This study aims to find out the influence of human resource training and development factors on the productivity of civil servants on the Fakfak Regency BAPPEDA and to find out the most dominant variables of human resource training and development factors affecting the productivity of civil servants in the Fakfak Regency BAPPEDA.The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. Based on the results of important findings of the Civil Servant Development Method research, there are 2 (two) methods of employee development, namely the on the job training method and the off the job training method.

Instagram has become a popular platform for promoting certain tourist attractions. Tourism managers also try to create interesting content on their Instagram accounts, one of which is by presenting public figures in their posts. @lembang_parkzoo is one of the tourist attraction accounts that features public figures in its Instagram posts. The Minister's wife and the Ustadz are present in the content on @lembang_parkzoo. This is certainly interesting to study regarding the presence of these public figures in this account. And to answer this question the author uses S-O-R theory, qualitative research methods, and a virtual ethnographic approach. The results found by the author were that the public figures in posts on the Instagram account @lembang_parkzoo were artists, animal lovers, preachers, and also athletes; Various comments are present in posts featuring public figures on the Instagram account @lembang_parkzoo, and this is in accordance with the S-O-R theory; Netizens have a certain pattern in posts featuring public figures on the Instagram account @lembang_parkzoo. This pattern always appears in every post that features public figures. This pattern includes netizens' desires to travel to Lembang Park Zoo, netizens' questions regarding Lembang Park Zoo, and the tendency of netizens to mention the names of other netizens' Instagram accounts - mentions in the comments column to invite them for travel to Lembang Park Zoo.

Currently, many Instagram users hold more than one account The existence of a second Instagram account can show many new things uploaded by the user through the side account. Individuals with good self-esteem are more assertive, thus allowing the individual to open up and express themselves as they are. Individuals who have a second Instagram account, feel more comfortable expressing themselves on their second Instagram account because users still think about other people’s views when they open up completely in front of the public. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-esteem and self-disclosure in female university students who use a second Instagram account. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational research design. The population in this study were female university students in Malang City using incidental sampling techniques as a sample determinant. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. Data collection used modifications of the Revised Self-Disclosure Scale (RSDS) and modifications to the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSE). The results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between self-esteem and self-disclosure in female university students who used the second Instagram account in Malang City with a p-value of .032 < .05 (significant) and a correlation value (r) of .214. In conclusion, there was a significant and positive relationship between self-esteem and self-disclosure in female university students who used the second Instagram account in Malang.

The research is motivated by the development of technology that support social media as a new dimension in developing the need to find information and knowledge. Social media that is popular among the people one of which is social media instagram, there are also popular accounts in it, one of which is the instagram account @cikadongdong_rivertubing which discusses information about the Cikadongdong River Tubing tourist attraction located in Payung Village, Rajagaluh Sub-district, Majalengka Regency presented in the form of photos and videos and there is information to explain the photos and videos uploaded. The aim of this research is (1) To find out how marketing communication through instagram as an effort to introduce Cikadongdong River Tubing attractions in Payung Village, Rajagaluh District, Majalengka Regency (2) To find out the marketing communication constraints faced by managers in introducing attractions through instagram (3) To find out the effort made by managers in dealing with obstacles when introducing attractions through instagram. The method of thus research used in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection that carried out by means of interviews, ibservation, and documentation using five informants, one kay informant is the manager and admin of the instagram account @cikadongdong_rivertubing, and four supporting informants namely visitor and followers of the instagram account @cikadongdong_rivertubing. The results of the study concluded that, (1) Marketing communication through social media instagram in the digital age is an effective way of being able to attract visitors (2) The obstacle faced by the instagram account admin @cikadongdong_rivertubing is the lack of public interest in reading (3) The effort made by the instagram account admin @cikadongdong_rivetubing in dealing with obstacles is to clarify the caption with an interesting photo upload.

Based on staffing data at the Dumai City Human Resources Development and Staffing Agency, it is known that employee competence is still an issue that needs attention, especially in terms of knowledge/intellectual competence (formal education), skills competency (structural training, technical/functional training, courses, stewardship), and experience competencies (tenure, position/leadership experience), and attitude competencies. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of civil servant competency in the Dumai City Human Resources Development and human resources development agency and analyze the factors that hinder the development of civil servant competency in the Dumai City Human Resources Development and Staffing Agency. This research uses qualitative methods that are descriptive. The result of this study is the development of civil servant competencies in the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development dumai competency development cycle is still not optimal and there are still factors that hinder the development of Civil Servant Competency in the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development.

The study substantiates the importance of studying the problem of human resource development in the context of the digital transformation of the economy at the regional level. The conducted scientometric analysis made it possible to identify key thematic clusters of research on this issue and show that the digital context is combined with issues of human health, competencies, government intervention, and management issues. With this in mind, the factors affecting human resource development in the region are determined based on the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. This made it possible to build a cognitive map reflecting the relationship of human resources as a concept with other components of the socio-economic system at the meso-level. The analysis of the cognitive map allowed us to conclude that the system is unstable to disturbances in combination with its structural stability. Based on the study of the mutual influence of the peaks and the development of an experiment plan, cognitive modeling of the development of human resources in the region was implemented. The study presents two scenarios of the development of events, which show that the presented cognitive model can be used to develop strategies for the development of human resources as it allows us to identify the most significant factors for determining effective regulatory influences.

The spread of terrorism and radicalism is carried out in new ways through digital technology media such as the internet. One of the most used virtual social relations spaces in the world is social media. Based on data, until 2020, active social media users in the world reach 3.5 billion people, while in Indonesia, it reaches 132 million people. This research is focused on exploring the counter-narrative of terrorism and radicalism carried out by the West Java Regional Peaceful World Maya Ambassador through the @dutadamaijabar Instagram account. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach through framing analysis. The Gamson and Modigliani models were selected to describe the media packaging kits produced by @dutadamaijabar. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation techniques, and literature study. The results of the study concluded that the counter-narrative orientation of terrorism and radicalism @dutadamaijabar includes two forms, namely online and offline. The content production process involves three main areas, namely the blogger team, DKV, and IT. The core frame is built on three main issues, namely the nationalism-oriented narrative, a narrative of peace based on religious moderation, and a humanitarian narrative by reinforcing tolerance. Meanwhile, condensing symbols are formed by linking text, video, audio, images, and other forms by the counter-narrative core framing. Framing of media content is carried out by following the framework of framing devices and reasoning devices. Research has implications for the process of mapping and producing social media content in the context of counter-narrative terrorism and radicalism in cyberspace.
