Purpose This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies. Findings A positive relationship is found between knowledge self-efficacy and KS intentions and between work engagement and knowledge self-efficacy; PSS for strengths is positively associated with work engagement.
