Abstract
Hypertension (HTN) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) are comorbid conditions. A decline in kidney function is associated with an increase in blood pressure (BP), and a sustained elevation in BP leads to the progression of kidney function decline.1 As CKD stage advances, the prevalence of HTN increases, and BP becomes more difficult to control.2
