Kiai Azaim Ibrahimy's Thought on Happiness and Well-Being: The At-Tawazun Approach in Society 5.0
In the face of Society 5.0 and rapid digitalization, younger generations are increasingly vulnerable to emotional imbalance, a diminished spiritual connection, and weakened social bonds. This study explores the thoughts of K.H.R. Ach. Azaim Ibrahimy on happiness and psychological well-being, as conveyed through the Majelis Dzikir Basmalah YouTube channel, and examines their alignment with Martin Seligman’s PERMA model. This study addresses a gap in existing research by integrating the spiritual teachings of Kiai Azaim Ibrahimy with Seligman’s PERMA model to explore well-being in Islamic boarding schools, a context largely overlooked in both Islamic and psychological literature. Its novelty lies in offering a holistic framework that combines local spiritual wisdom with positive psychology to respond to the mental health challenges of pesantren communities in the digital Society 5.0 era. Using a qualitative hermeneutic-ethnographic approach, the research reveals that Kiai Azaim’s teachings resonate with the five pillars of PERMA: gratitude as a source of positive emotion, spiritual engagement through religious devotion, harmonious interpersonal relationships, a meaningful life rooted in service, and a sense of accomplishment encompassing both worldly and spiritual success. The study further analyzes the implementation of the At-Tawazun counseling model in pesantren (Islamic boarding school) settings, which incorporates local wisdom through practices such as uswah hasanah (exemplary conduct), ta’zhim (reverence), khidmah (service), and riyadhah (spiritual discipline). These traditions foster spiritual, social, and psychological harmony within the pesantren environment. The findings underscore the strategic role of pesantren-based counseling as a contextual, holistic, and culturally grounded approach to enhancing mental well-being in the digital age. Consequently, pesantren emerge not only as spiritual institutions but also as vital centers for nurturing psychological resilience amid global change. Di tengah tantangan era Society 5.0 dan digitalisasi, generasi muda menghadapi ketidakseimbangan emosional yang kian kompleks. Ketergantungan pada teknologi, tekanan sosial media, serta melemahnya ikatan spiritual dan sosial berkontribusi terhadap menurunnya tingkat kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Studi ini bertolak dari kegelisahan tersebut, dengan meneliti pemikiran Kiai Azaim Ibrahimy tentang kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan jiwa yang disampaikan melalui kanal YouTube Majelis Dzikir Basmalah, dan mengaitkannya dengan model PERMA dari Martin Seligman. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode hermeneutik-etnografis, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ajaran Kiai Azaim selaras dengan lima dimensi PERMA: syukur sebagai sumber emosi positif, keterlibatan spiritual dalam ibadah, relasi sosial harmonis antar santri, makna hidup dalam bingkai pengabdian, serta pencapaian yang mencakup keberhasilan dunia dan akhirat. Penelitian ini juga menelaah praktik konseling At-Tawazun di pesantren yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal melalui metode uswah hasanah, ta’zhim, khidmah, dan riyadhah. Teknik-teknik ini terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan keseimbangan spiritual, sosial, dan psikologis di lingkungan pesantren. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan pendekatan konseling berbasis pesantren sebagai model alternatif yang kontekstual, relevan, dan holistik untuk memperkuat ketahanan mental di era digital. Dengan demikian, pesantren tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai pusat penguatan kesejahteraan psikologis yang adaptif terhadap dinamika global.

This study aims to analyze and document the internalizing Islamic boarding school development process through empowering local wisdom and evaluate this approach's innovative impact. The research method used is a qualitative approach through case studies of Islamic boarding schools implementing local wisdom internalization strategies. The internalization process involves steps such as analysis of local needs, integration of local wisdom values in the curriculum, active involvement of Islamic boarding schools in local community activities, and forming partnerships with local governments and related stakeholders. By collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis, this research presents findings about the effectiveness of the internalization method. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools that adopt this innovative offer can produce graduates who are competent in the field of religion and skilled in applying local wisdom in everyday life. In general, the Quran offers two principles in community economic empowerment activities: the principle of ta'awun and the principle of shura. The principle of ta'awun is the principle of cooperation between various parties. The principle of syura means deliberation between the government and institutions related to this community economic empowerment program. There are at least three economic business offers to empower the local wisdom-based community economy in Islamic boarding schools: community and Islamic boarding school collaboration in plantation management, batik-making skills business, and community collaboration with Islamic boarding schools in livestock management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendokumentasikan proses internalisasi pengembangan pesantren melalui pemberdayaan kearifan lokal dan untuk mengevaluasi dampak inovatif dari pendekatan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus pesantren yang telah menerapkan strategi internalisasi kearifan lokal. Proses internalisasi ini melibatkan langkah-langkah seperti analisis kebutuhan lokal, integrasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam kurikulum, pelibatan aktif pesantren dalam kegiatan masyarakat lokal, dan pembentukan kemitraan dengan pemerintah daerah dan stakeholders terkait. Melalui pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini menyajikan temuan tentang efektivitas metode internalisasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pesantren yang mengadopsi tawaran inovatif ini mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya kompeten dalam bidang agama, tetapi juga terampil dalam menerapkan kearifan lokal dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Secara umum ada dua prinsip yang ditawarkan Alquran dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, yaitu prinsip ta’awun dan prinsip syura. Prinsip ta’awun adalah prinsip kerja sama dan sinergi diantara berbagai pihak. Prinsip syura bermakna musyawarah antara pemerintah dengan lembaga yang terkait dengan program pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat ini. Setidaknya, ada tiga tawaran usaha ekonomi dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis kearifan lokal di pesantren, yaitu kolaborasi masyarakat dan pesantren dalam pengelolaan perkebunan, usaha ketrampilan membuat batik, dan kolaborasi masyarakat dengan pesantren dalam pengelolaan peternakan.

Abstracts: Many studies conducted by prominent scholars found that Islamic boarding school in Indonesia have been playing its roles not only in religious and education matter but also in the other areas, such as social, economic and environment. This study sought to analyze the impact of the presence of Islamic boarding school on the religiosity of surrounding Muslim communities the object of the study is households who live in seven villages surrounding the Islamic boarding school Amanatul Ummah, Mojokerto regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. To measure the level of Muslim religiosity, the study used the value of the Five Pillars of Islam dimensions based on the 5-point Likert Scale. By comparing the average value of religiosity of each dimension, it can be drawn a conclusion whether there is a significant positive impact or not. The study found that the average value of Muslim religiosity after the presence of an Islamic boarding school is greater than that before. These findings show that the presence of an Islamic boarding school has a significant positive impact on the surrounding Muslim religiosity. Moreover, the study observes that Islamic boarding school has been practicing a moderate way in Islamic religious proselytizing that makes surrounding communities feel comfortable to adapt and change.Keywords: the Five Pillars of Islam, Islamic boarding school, moderate teaching, religiosityAbstrak: Beberapa penelitian yang dilakukan para ahli menemukan bahwa pondok-pondok pesantren di Indonesia telah memainkan perannya tidak hanya dalam persoalan agama dan pendidikan, tetapi juga bidang lain, seperti masalah sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak keberadaan pondok pesantren tingkat religiusitas masyarakat Muslim di sekitarnya. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah rumah-tangga yang berada di 7 desa di sekitar pondok pesantren Amanatul Ummah, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Untuk mengukur tingkat religiusitas kaum Muslim, penelitian ini menggunakan the Value of the Five Pillars of Islam Dimensions berdasarkan pada Skala Likert dengan rentang 5 poin (the 5-point Likert Scale). Dengan membandingkan rata-rata nilai tingkat religiusitas setiap dimensi (the average value of each dimension) sebelum dan sesudah keberadaan pondok pesantren, kita dapat menarik sebuah konklusi apakah ada dampak positif atau tidak. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa rata-rata nilai dari religiusitas Muslim sesudah keberadaan pondok pesantren adalah lebih besar dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya. Dengan demikian, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren mempunyai dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap religiusitas masyarakat Muslim di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini lebih lanjut telah mengamati dan mendapatkan kenyataan bahwa pondok pesantren telah mempraktikkan dakwah agama Islam dengan cara moderat yang membuat masyarakat di sekitarnya merasa nyaman untuk beradaptasi, mengadopsi dan berubah.Kata kunci: the Five Pillars of Islam, moderate way, pondok pesantren, religiosity

This study aims to examine the Role of Islamic Boarding Schools in Increasing Community Political Participation in the 2024 Election. In Jember Regency, the Election is an effort to convince and involve individuals in the political process. This is because there are symptoms of decreasing enthusiasm for community members' involvement in the election. The decrease in community enthusiasm is caused by the lack of political influence on the lives of the wider community. Many policies issued by the government are considered misdirected and inappropriate, only certain groups are directly influenced by these policies. Therefore, in the election process, the community is convinced through campaigns to involve the community in the political process and increase enthusiasm in the implementation of the election. The dynamics of political mobilization based on religious identity cannot be separated from the role of religious institutions and religious figures. In this case, the institution in question is the Islamic boarding school or better known as the Islamic boarding school, which is a traditional Islamic religious education and broadcasting institution in Indonesia. Life in Islamic boarding schools has a different cultural and traditional system from the lives of society in general, in Islamic boarding schools the students are educated with binding regulations. Traditional Islamic boarding school (Salafiyah) students tend to be unfamiliar with all forms of problems that are happening outside, because in this case, Salafiyah students are only involved in religious activities in the pesantren environment. Salafiyah students only get religious knowledge without being accompanied by general knowledge. This condition ultimately makes those from Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools emerge as religious leaders, or they will plunge into informal sectors. Along with the development of the times, Islamic boarding schools also have another side of life that is no less important, namely politics, therefore, as we have seen so far that in every important political momentum in the history of the nation, Islamic boarding schools are always involved (Ismail, 1999). The role of Islamic boarding schools today is also very clear. The most obvious example is the difficulty of the government to popularize programs if not through Islamic boarding school leaders. Another example is the number of political leaders approaching Islamic boarding schools, especially before the general election. The behavior of these leaders is right, if they do not approach Islamic boarding school leaders, it means that their political vision is low. The influence of the kiai is not only on the students in his pesantren, but also the community around the pesantren and can even go further. The absolute authority and power possessed by the kiai is often used by political forces (political parties) to gain support from the students and the surrounding community.

AbstrakPraktik kebersihan menstruasi yang buruk dapat berdampak pada kesehatan reproduksi wanita. Selain itu, ketidakbersihan menstruasi juga dapat berdampak pada performa belajar dan aktivitas sosial remaja putri. Pondok Pesantren merupakan institusi pendidikan formal yang memiliki kerentanan yang berbeda dengan institusi pendidikan lainnya karena kesamaan dalam akses sanitasi dan keterbatasan arus informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan praktik kebersihan menstruasi pada santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone Sulawesi Selatan tahun 2020. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi Cross Sectional. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu chi-square. Sebanyak 120 santriwati berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan mengisi kuesioner terstruktur secara daring menggunakan Google form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 50% responden memiliki perilaku kebersihan menstruasi yang buruk. Selanjutnya penelitian ini menemukan empat variabel yang berhubungan secara statistik dengan perilaku kebersihan menstruasi santriwati Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone, yaitu pengetahuan (p value = 0,005), sikap (p value = 0,000), usia menarche (p value = 0,033) dan kepercayaan (p value = 0,040). Untuk meningkatkan praktik kebersihan menstruasi di kalangan santriwati, pihak pondok pesantren dapat memasukkan materi-materi kesehatan reproduksi termasuk kebersihan menstruasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan mendorong pemanfaatan media kesehatan sebagai sumber infomasi. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menganalisis determinan sosial ekonomi dan pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap perilaku kebersihan menstruasi dengan lebih komprehensif.Kata Kunci: Kebersihan menstruasi, Pondok pesantren, SantriwatiAbstractPoor menstrual hygiene practices may have impact on women's reproductive health. In addition, it also can influence on study performance and social activities for female adolescent. Islamic boarding schools are formal educational institutions that have different vulnerabilities from other educational institutions due to similar accessibility to sanitation and having limited source of information. This study aimed to know the determinants of the menstrual hygiene practices among female students in the Al-Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) Ujung Bone, South Sulawesi. This was a quantitative research using a cross-sectional study design. Chi-square test was performed for the statistical test. Of 120 female students were participated in this study by filling in the structured questionnaire through Google form. The results of this study indicated that 50% respondents had poor menstrual hygiene practice. Furthermore, this study found four variables that were statistically significant related to menstrual hygiene practices of female students at the Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone Islamic Boarding School, including knowledge (p value = 0.005), attitude (p value = 0.001), age of menarche (p value = 0.033), and belief (p value = 0.040). To improve the menstrual hygiene practices, the Islamic Boarding Schools can include materials about reproductive health and menstrual hygiene in learning activities and encourage the utilization of health media as a source of information. Sexual violence is increasingly massive in the educational environment, and several cases have even been recorded in Islamic boarding schools. The phenomenon of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools has occurred several times in Central Java. Santri in this case are the weak, apart from being underage, they are also helpless with the power relations built by adults as supervisors in the pesantren, you can call them kiai, ustad, seniors or colleagues. This community service aims to increase knowledge and understanding of the academic community of Islamic boarding schools about the importance of preventing and overcoming crimes of sexual violence that occur in Islamic boarding schools. This service is carried out by introducing the problem of sexual violence that occurs in Islamic boarding schools. This is intended so that the pesantren academic community knows the legal basis for sexual violence, approaches to handling it, and institutions that can resolve sexual violence. The results of this dedication show that there is an increase in the knowledge and awareness of the pesantren academic community about their responsibilities in preventing and overcoming sexual violence crimes within the pesantren environment. The pesantren community with very high understanding increased from 10% to 65%. Meanwhile, the low understanding of the Islamic boarding school community regarding obligations and responsibilities in preventing and overcoming sexual violence crimes decreased from 50% to 10%. That all pesantren communities have the same roles and responsibilities in realizing peace and comfort in the pesantren environment.

The "nyabis" or "silaturahmi" culture is part of Indonesian people's social and religious culture, especially by the santri or Islamic boarding school students. Nyabis activities are carried out to show respect and respect for fellow students who are more senior, scholars or teachers at Islamic boarding schools, as well as community leaders visiting Islamic boarding schools. Nyabis culture in Islamic boarding schools has an essential role in the life of students. Nyabis activities can strengthen social relations between students and scholars or teachers at Islamic boarding schools to create a harmonious and conducive atmosphere within the Islamic boarding school. In addition, nyabis are also a means for sharing knowledge and experiences among students. Nyabis activities are usually carried out at certain times, such as when guests visit Islamic boarding schools or on certain days, such as holidays or important Islamic commemorations. In some pesantren, nyabis activities are carried out on a scheduled or routine basis on certain days of the week. The nyabis culture in Islamic boarding schools shows the importance of social and religious values in the life of santri. Nyabis activities can also be a means to strengthen social and cultural networks in society, as well as to enhance brotherhood among Muslims. Therefore, Nyabis culture must be preserved as part of local wisdom and Indonesian cultural values. Thus, in this study, the researchers tried to unravel the problem of "nyabis" cultural integration with governance carried out by the kiai in the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School Raudlatul Ulum Sumberwringin Jember. This study uses a research method with a qualitative approach to phenomenology. The results of this study indicate that "nyabis" in the world of Islamic boarding schools has an essential role in the life of santri. Nyabis activities are carried out to show respect and respect for fellow students who are more senior, scholars or teachers at Islamic boarding schools, as well as community leaders visiting Islamic boarding schools.

Islamic boarding schools are the oldest Islamic educational institutions that are deeply rooted in the history of the Indonesian nation. Since the 15th century, Islamic boarding schools have existed as a manifestation of the synergistic encounter between universal Islamic teachings and local wisdom. Islamic boarding schools can survive across time and generations, because the Islamic boarding school education system prioritizes the formation of spirituality, morality, noble morals and manners. The current study attempts to recommend a priority strategic in adopting Internet of Things (IoT) to create innovative services in islamic boarding School. The processing technique used to determine the strategy is the fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research was conducted in Islamic Boarding School by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with several experts. The expert is mayor of Depok, head of the Data and Information Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Director of Education Diniyah Islamic Boarding School, founder of Islamic boarding school Cendekia Amanah, Professor of Ushuluddin Faculty, IoT practitioner, alumni, and Islamic boarding school practitioner. The results show that the most dominant factor in improving services is human resources, and the actor is the islamic boarding management leader. The following finding is that the Increase organizational impact through service effectiveness and efficiency. The prior alternative strategy to recommend is by Building a technology culture among Islamic boarding school residents through Islamic boarding school values, habits and systems. The results of this study are presented and discussed, and the results of this study can be helpful for islamic boarding school in similar developing countries.

<p>This current study delves into the strategies employed by Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) in promoting character education grounded in local wisdom. The investigation is guided by a central research question: "How do Islamic boarding schools strategize to promote morality education grounded in local wisdom? Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research design adopted for this study is a case study, conducted at Selaparang Islamic boarding school in West Lombok. Data collection methods encompassed interviews, observations, and document analysis. The analytical procedure employed is the interactive analysis procedure recommended by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, comprising data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study reveals that the promotional strategies employed by Islamic boarding schools in advancing character education based on local wisdom include: first, aligning the vision and mission of the boarding school with local wisdom; second, leveraging social media platforms, specifically Instagram and YouTube channels. The findings of this study contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the promotional strategies implemented by Islamic boarding schools. Furthermore, the study recommends the development of character education promotion strategies grounded in local wisdom through the effective utilization of social media</p>

Abstrak: Fluor albus merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan reproduksi dengan prevalensi tinggi menurut WHO 75 % wanita dunia mengalami fluor albus setidaknya sekali dalam seumur hidup. Penyebab fluor albus di Indonesia adalah perilaku pencegahan yang tidak adekuat. Dampaknya wanita indonesia wanita rentan terkena fluor albus. Hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan terhadap perilaku pencegahan fluor albus melalui penyuluhan perineal hygiene. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan perineal hygiene terhadap perilaku pencegahan fluor albus pada remaja putri di pondok pesantren. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 21 Februari sampai dengan 28 Februari 2025 di Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwir (MTS EL-Muna Q) penelitian ini menggunakan pre experimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest-pottest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja putri kelas VIII Mts El-Muna Q sejumlah 47 remaja. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling (total sampling). Dengan kriteria inklusi remaja putri yang bersedia menjadi responden. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner perilaku pencegahan fluor albus. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Hasil : berdasarkan uji statistik Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test diperoleh nilai mean pre-test 40,32 dan nilai mean post-test 43,70 serta nilai p-value 0.000 kurang dari 0.05, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis diterima artinya ada pengaruh penyuluhan perineal hygiene terhadap perilaku pencegahan fluor albus pada remaja putri. Hal tersebut terjadi karena setelah diberikan penyuluhan pengetahuan remaja putri meningkat. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh penyuluhan perineal hygiene terhadap perilaku pencegahan fluor albus pada remaja putri di pondok pesantren. Kata Kunci: Fluor Albus, Penyuluhan, Perineal Hygiene, Pondok Pesantren Abstrack : Fluor albus is one of the reproductive health problems with high prevalence according to WHO, 75% of women in the world experience fluor albus at least once in their lifetime. The cause of fluor albus in Indonesia is inadequate prevention behavior. The impact is that Indonesian women are susceptible to fluor albus. This can be overcome by increasing knowledge of fluor albus prevention behavior through perineal hygiene counseling. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of perineal hygiene counseling on fluor albus prevention behavior in adolescent girls in Islamic boarding schools. Method: This study was conducted from February 21 to February 28, 2025 at the Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School (MTS EL-Muna Q) this study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-pottest design. The population in this study were 47 adolescent girls in grade VIII of Mts El-Muna Q. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling (total sampling). With the inclusion criteria of adolescent girls who were willing to be respondents. The data collection tool used a fluor albus prevention behavior questionnaire. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Results: based on the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test statistical test, the mean pre-test value was 40.32 and the mean post-test value was 43.70 and the p-value was 0.000 less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of perineal hygiene counseling on fluor albus prevention behavior in adolescent girls. This happens because after being given counseling, the knowledge of adolescent girls increased. Abstract: The topic of this research is " The Role of Punishment for Female Students in Student Management (Case Study at Al Husna Islamic Boarding School)". This research aims to describe the application of discipline in the management of santri through educational punishment at the Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School, understand the stages of punishment given at school, and determine the factors that support or hinder the improvement of santri discipline through education. punishment. The location of this research is at the Al-Husna Marindal 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang Islamic Boarding School educational institution, which is an educational institution founded on April 17 1988 M/11 Ramadhan 1409 H and is one of the competent Islamic educational institutions. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research type and was descriptive in nature. The aim of giving punishment is to prevent children from repeating actions that are not permitted. The role of parenting is to warn female students not to repeat themselves and explain the reasons why this is not allowed. The punishment given to female students at the Al-Husna Islamic boarding school has been given evenly and in balance according to the area that the female student violated.Keywords: Student Management, Islamic Boarding School, Punishment Abstrak: Topik penelitian ini tentang “Peranan Punishment pada Santriwati dalam Manajemen Kesiswaan (Studi Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Al Husna)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan disiplin dalam pengelolaan santri melalui hukuman pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Husna, memahami tahapan hukuman yang diberikan di sekolah, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat peningkatan kedisiplinan santri melalui pendidikan hukuman. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di lembaga pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Al-Husna Marindal 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang didirikan pada 17 April 1988 M/11 Ramadhan 1409 H dan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan islam yang kompeten. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian case study research (studi kasus) dan bersifat deskriptif. Pemberian punishment ini bertujuan agar anak tidak mengulangi perbuatan yang tidak diperbolehkan. Peran pengasuhan untuk memperingatkan santriwati agar tidak mengulangi serta menjelaskan alasan sebab akibat hal tersebut tidak di perbolehkan. Pemberian punishment pada santriwati di pondok pesantren al-husna sudah diberikan dengan merata dan seimbang sesuai bidang bagian yang di langgar santriwati. This research aims to examine and formulate guidance and counselling programs for religious awareness at Al-Hikmah Cibungbulang Islamic Boarding School in Bogor and formulate guidance and counselling programs for older people in Islamic boarding schools and social institutions. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, research and development (R&D) and field methods. This research involved interviews with the head of the foundation, administrators, and elders at Graha Sasana Tresna Werdha House Cibubur East Jakarta for data comparison. An analysis was conducted of the religious awareness guidance and counselling programme at the boarding school for elderly students, as well as formulating a programme that includes daily, weekly, monthly, and annual programmes. The results of this research will be implemented in the form of a systematic and complete theory according to the Educational Counsellor Competency Standards (SKKPD). Hopefully, this research can provide solutions and references for Islamic boarding schools and social institutions in developing practical guidance and counselling programs for older people, especially in the Cibungbulang area of Bogor. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan merumuskan program bimbingan dan konseling kesadaran beragama di Pondok Pesantren Al Hikmah Cibungbulang Bogor serta merumuskan program bimbingan dan konseling bagi lansia di pondok pesantren dan panti sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, research and development (R&D) serta metode lapangan. Penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara dengan ketua yayasan, pengurus, dan sesepuh di Rumah Werdha Graha Sasana Tresna Cibubur Jakarta Timur sebagai perbandingan data. Analisis dilakukan terhadap program bimbingan dan konseling kesadaran beragama di pondok pesantren untuk lansia, serta merumuskan program yang meliputi program harian, mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan. Hasil penelitian ini akan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk teori yang sistematis dan lengkap sesuai Standar Kompetensi Konselor Pendidikan (SKKPD). Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan solusi dan acuan bagi pondok pesantren dan lembaga sosial dalam menyusun program bimbingan dan konseling yang efektif bagi lansia, khususnya di wilayah Cibungbulang Bogor.

Pondok Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that emphasizes the value of morality in religion as a standard for conduct in daily life. Its mission is to study, learn, investigate, live, and practice Islamic teachings. Islamic boarding schools have since seen fast development and change, giving rise to a variety of shapes and styles. The dynamics of science in the pesantren environment have been impacted by changes or modernization of Islamic education in Indonesia related to the idea of Islamic modernization in this region, such as the emergence of several Islamic boarding schools, including salaf (traditional) Islamic boarding schools, kholaf (modern), and semi-kholaf (semi-modern) Islamic boarding schools. The modernisation of boarding schools for Muslims It is difficult to ignore education, as evidenced by the changes in the growth of world culture and civilization today. Without modernization, Pesantren institutions and systems struggle to advance. The modernization of pesantren institutions and systems, however, has not been without issues or criticism. Transformational leadership is a type of leadership that prioritizes the values and beliefs of subordinates. This type of leadership is considered suitable to be implemented in Islamic boarding schools because learning in Islamic boarding schools is based on values which are applied top-down from caregivers to administrators and then to students or santri. This method has been going on for a long time and of course now there needs to be a change because every Islamic boarding school is required to balance the value of religiosity with abilities in general knowledge like schools in general. This is because most parents entrust their children to Islamic boarding schools to educate morals with inherent religious values. So Islamic boarding schools must have the capacity to change their organization or transform into modern Islamic boarding schools that still uphold the values of local wisdom that have been built long ago by their founders. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to integrate the transformational leadership model with local wisdom to strengthen organizational capacity for change in Islamic boarding schools in Jombang, East Java, Indonesia. This research aims to 1) analyze the leadership patterns applied in Islamic boarding schools, 2) analyze the learning process implemented by administrators for students, 3) analyze the impact of changes on students related to religious and conventional knowledge, and 4) measure the readiness of Islamic boarding schools to transform according to with general education standards without abandoning the cultural values passed down from the founders. The approach in this research is qualitative where most qualitative researchers can relate to the value contained in the case study method, so that they are able to explain an organization, entity, company, or event. A case study involves deep understanding through various types of research data analysis techniques sources. Case studies can be an explanation, exploration, or describe an event. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews (in-depth interviews), and documentation. The subjects in this research were caregivers, administrators and students. Meanwhile, the object is the Tebuireng Jombang Islamic Boarding School, East Java province. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of research at the Tebuireng Jombang Islamic boarding school have implemented a transformative leadership model while maintaining local wisdom to continue to strengthen organizational capacity for change quite well.

Purpose: This research aims to test an analyze the influence of knowledge Islamic Boarding School Accounting Guidelines on financial management accountability at Islamic Boarding Schools in Martapura City. Methodology: This type of research is qualitative research using primary data by distribusing questionnaires to managers and employees at Islamic Boarding School in Martapura city. The number of respondens collected was 32 respondens, with data analysis technique, namely simple linear regressions analysis. Research Findings: The results of the research show that knowledge of the Islamic Boarding School Accounting Guidelines has a positive effect on financial management accountability in Islamic Boarding Schools. Contribution: For Islamic boarding school entities in Indonesia to use knowledge of the Islamic Boarding School Accounting Guidelines in managing Islamic boarding school finances in order to realize accountability in Islamic boarding schools. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan Pedoman Akuntansi Pondok Pesantren terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan pada Pondok Pesantren di Kota Martapura.Metodologi: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pimpinan dan karyawan Pondok Pesantren di Kota Martapura. Jumlah responden yang terkumpul sebanyak 32 responden, dengan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana.Temuan Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang Pedoman Akuntansi Pondok Pesantren berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan di Pondok Pesantren.Kontribusi: Bagi entitas pondok pesantren di Indonesia agar menggunakan pengetahuan tentang Pedoman Akuntansi Pondok Pesantren dalam mengelola keuangan pondok pesantren agar mewujudkan akuntabilitas di pondok pesantren.

Islamic boarding schools are present as a forum for education and the formation of a complete Muslim personality, as well as being one of the solutions to produce a generation that has a good personality attitude. Charismatic behavior in Islamic boarding schools is very important in order to maintain and improve Islamic values as a whole. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the process of personality formation and the role of charismatic kyai in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is a qualitative approach that aims to describe the phenomena that exist in the field using written and spoken words from the behavior and people observed, data collection techniques through observations, interviews and documentation, validity check techniques data by increasing persistence, data triangulation and auditing. The results of this study are Islamic boarding schools in shaping the students personality through three processes, namely; learning, supervision and sanctions, while the leadership role of the charismatic kyai is seen from his position as a leader, teacher, policy maker, controller and advisor, and seen from his role as uswah hasanah or role model, has a high caring attitude and is always social.
