Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemudahan layanan informasi arsip statis foto di Institut Teknologi Bandung melalui kegiatan digitalisasi arsip. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi lapangan, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi arsip yang dilakukan di ITB dilakukan pada arsip statis berupa arsip foto, kartografi, suara, dan tekstual. Dengan penerapan digitalisasi pada arsip statis, layanan informasi kearsipan di ITB menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien, dibandingkan dengan arsip statis bentuk analog. This research aims to analyze the ease of information services for static photo archives at the Bandung Institute of Technology through archival digitization activities. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach using interview techniques and field observations. The results of this study indicate that archival digitization carried out at ITB is carried out on static archives in the form of photo, cartographic, sound, and textual archives. By applying digitization to static archives, archival information services at ITB become easier, more effective and efficient, compared to analog static archives.
